Last year when my rental had water damage and major renovations were due, they managed it all for me, ensuring my tenants were taken care of. So much so that my insurance company rep. said she had never seen any property manager deal as professionally as the team at CA Pacific Realty. This year, as I am selling my house, the team has been exceptional with the help, the professionalism, the response times and advice. I am a little sad that I am selling my house such that my time with CA Pacific Realty may be coming to an end but I can't praise them enough. You'd be in very good hands with this team.

I live at the 2233 Grant street property and I noticed that a week ago, several of the packages near the mailboxes had been ripped into, and it appeared that the items inside had been stolen. Has this incident been investigated, and what actions are being taken to ensure that this doesn't occur again? Considering that these are the holidays and many residents will be expecting packages, it is important that we are able to feel secure about them not being stolen. Do you have any updates on this?
